Thank you for you appling to Nannies by Jeanette to find the perfect match for your family for either a Live-In or Live-Out Nanny. We accept both electronic copies and handwritten copies of our application. Please follow the easy instructions to complete our application electronically. You will need Adobe Reader to complete the applciation. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you need to download the free version below.

1.	You will be using the Adobe Typewriter function to electronically fill out your Family Application. Read these instructions. You may want to print them out to have for reference while completing the application.
2.	Click here to open the Family Application. However, depending on your browser, you may need to right click and select "Save Target As" if the typewriter function does not automatically open on your current browser. After selecting "Save Target As", save the file to your desktop. Then open it with Adobe Reader to use the typewriter function.
3.	Click on the Typewriter button at the upper right-hand side of the Family Application.
4.	Click on the application where you would like to begin typing.
5.	Once you have completed the Family Application, you can either print it out and mail it to Nannies By Jeanette or save the application to your hard drive and attach it to an to email.
6.	To process your Family Application, we must also receive your Family Agreement and Application Fee. Complete the Family Agreement and mail it with your Application Fee, so your request can be processed.
